PRESENTATION SKILLS
Too often executives neglect to consider ways to engage their audiences when they make presentations. Socol Associates works with individuals or groups to deliver winning presentations which persuade, inform, train or motivate the audience.
Through videotaped practice, participants will experience the impact they have, and work on improving their presentation styles.
TEAM DEVELOPMENT
Calling a group of people a “team” does not ensure that they will operate with a shared vision. Teams need to be developed and nurtured in order to be productive and motivated to work together. Socol Associates offers off-site team development or workshops which provide instruction and practice in learning about their own and each others’ styles and motivations.

Socol Associates works with departments or cross-functional groups to guide meetings and processes toward desired outcomes with respect, compassion, flexibility and neutrality. 3. Conflict Resolution
Poor communication is a primary cause of tension between people or departments. Socol Associates acts as a knowledgeable, objective facilitator to bring the parties together to resolve issues in a positive, win-win manner. We are committed to assisting in discovering common ground and mutual needs while learning to appreciate each other’s competencies. Participants identify cross-over points and develop productive action plans.
