Our one-to-one coaching service is designed for the high-potential manager or the executive who is successful at functional responsibilities and needs development in management and leadership competencies, such as managing people, personal style, team building, staff development, coaching, cross-functional interactions, communication, negotiating, and time management. This coaching service is also available to groups.

We offer a proactive, results-oriented approach to coaching by:

  • developing competencies and tools and applying real-world strategies and multiple-intelligence awareness
