Myrna Socol
Myrna Socol is president of Socol Associates, which since 1990 has specialized in professional development through executive coaching and training at Fortune 500 companies and prominent not-for-profit organizations. She has worked nationally and internationally with clients to coach executives, facilitate meetings, develop teams, organize and implement training programs and make presentations.
Myrna's experience spans a variety of industries including advertising, finance, health services, pharmaceuticals, technology and communications. Previously she was the director of training and development and of human resources for the Bowery Savings Bank and H. F. Ahmanson, Inc. and the director of training and development for Sheldon Satin Associates, a management consulting firm in the communications industry. She was also an adjunct professor at the New School of Social Research and an adjunct professor in the on-line MBA program at Marist College. In addition to being Myers-Briggs certified and NLP trained, she has explored a wide range of experiential indices to bring to her work. She is affiliated with Executive Coaching Network and the International Federation of Employee Benefits. She holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Business Education from City College of New York and Hunter College.
On a personal note, Myrna enjoys hiking and playing golf.
